Introduction
- The personal interview is generally recognized as the most important and most often used fact-finding technique.
- Interviews are a fact-finding technique whereby the systems analysts collects information from individuals face to face.
- There are two roles assumed in an interview.
- The systems analyst is the interviewer, responsible for organizing and conducting the interview.
- The system user, system owner, or adviser is the interviewee, who is asked to respond to a series of questions.
