Developing a Questionnaire
- Good questionnaires are designed.
- The following procedure is effective: (continued)
- Write the questions.
- Examine them for construction errors and possible misinterpretations.
- Make sure that the questions don't offer your personal bias or opinions.
- Edit the questions.
- Test the questions on a small sample of respondents.
- If your respondents had problems with them or if the answers were not useful, edit the questions.
- Duplicate and distribute the questionnaire.
