Consider the following hypothetical example. A project consists of eight primitive tasks that have been given the IDs A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H Each task has an estimated duration recorded in parentheses. There are hour distinct sequences of tasks in a project.
But what if task G in path 4 had an expected duration time of 7 days? We would then have two critical paths containing tasks that the project manager would have to monitor closely!
